Duties & Responsibilities
The reason of the Bakery Manager / Confectioner is to manufacture confectionery merchandise to nice standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement Cyclical Production Plans
Control elements used in baking Confectionery
Control stock
Hygiene & Housekeeping
Supervise staff
Customers
Desired Experience & Qualification
At least three years baking experience
Matric / NQF degree four equivalent
Recognized technical qualification in Confectionery
The incumbent have to be organized to work shifts
Creative aptitude for product presentation
