SALARY : R261 372 per annum (Level 07)

REQUIREMENTS : Applicants should be in a possession of a Senior Certificate or equal qualification; Two years’ journey in performing recruitment and decision and overall performance administration and improvement processes; Good verbal and written verbal exchange skills, Good interpersonal relations, presentation, analytical and choice making skills; laptop literate (MS Office packages); Ability to interpret applicable portions of legislation; Ability to deal with personal things and be discreet when dealing with people; Ability to assemble and maintain statistical records with relation to HR practices; Ability to prioritise and manipulate a couple of tasks, Be modern and creative. Understanding of Public Service insurance policies and legislative framework; integrity and honesty.
DUTIES : The profitable candidate will promote positive Human Resource Management practices and research, analyse, develop, evaluation and enforce HR policies, techniques and guidelines; Draft extra complicated submissions bearing on to HR matters; Liaise and render expert HR recommendation to customers in the Department; Perform features associated to Recruitment and Selection and Performance Management and Development Systems; Administer the skills verification, crook document tests and reference tests of candidates; Maintain records and statistics for quarterly and annual reports; Perform any different obligations as delegated.
NOTE : The profitable candidate may also be required to bear a competency test. The profitable candidate will have to signal an annual overall performance settlement and be subjected to a protection clearance.
