EQUIREMENTS : Secretarial Diploma or equal qualification plus 3-5 years’ journey in rendering secretarial/administrative guide service. Knowledge of procurement coverage and processes. Good interpersonal and organizational skills. Good conversation abilities (written and verbal). Advanced Computer literacy programs such as Microsoft Excel, Power-point, MS Word, Group Wise Internet etc.). Good lookup and analytical skills. Ability to work in a group and independently. Willingness to now and again work after hours when needed.
DUTIES : Overall administration of the workplace administration features Provide a secretarial/receptionist assist carrier to the Senior Manager. Compile practical schedules of appointments. Provide administrative guide offerings in the Office of the Senior Manager. Provide guide to senior supervisor concerning meetings. Record minutes and communicates to applicable role-players. Coordinate logistical preparations for conferences when required. Support the manager with the administration of the Office Budget. Collect and coordinate all the files that relate to the Director/Chief Director’s budget. Remain up to date with regard to the insurance policies and techniques relevant to senior supervisor work terrain to make certain environment friendly and fine guide to the Senior Manager. Remain abreast with the strategies and approaches that follow in the office of the Director/ Chief Director.
