PURPOSE OF POSITION: Leading a save crew to meet enterprise KPIs such as riding sales, fee control, mitigating dangers and inventory loss, administration and making sure world category save standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Increase income by way of focusing on patron provider and world-class save standards, renovation of the save image, inventory administration and promotional implementation
Stock loss is minimised through having a wholesome shop tradition and following protection measures, inventory and money coping with procedures.
Manage value in accordance to the organisation low price way of life via riding efficiencies in the store.
Ensure administrative obligations inside the shop are carried out in accordance to the organization guidelines.
Leading a dynamic group of Dynamos – taking accountability for group training, teaching and performance.
Standards – preserve well-known health, security and housekeeping standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Proficient in English.
Relevant tertiary training – a degree/diploma in a business/retail associated subject would be an advantage.
Ideally 1-2 years trip in a retail surroundings inside a management role.
Computer Literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite – will be an advantage).
