RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a crew of save associates, putting clear expectations and fostering a effective work environment.
Customer Service: Ensure super purchaser carrier by using education and teaching workforce in turning in tremendous experiences.
Sales Growth: Collaborate with the Store Manager to meet or exceed income targets, put into effect superb income strategies, and display key overall performance indicators.

Support the Store Manager: Collaborate carefully with the Store Manager, stepping in when wished and assisting to execute their imaginative and prescient for the store.
QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 12
3 Years’ trip in retail.
Management trip (advantageous).
Sales & provider management.
Budgeting.
Computer literate.
Communication capabilities
Business perception of retail trade, brand, purchaser & product.
