REQUIREMENTS : Minimum academic qualification: Basic numeracy and literacy. Experience: Appropriate family ride in a Hospital/Clinic or comparable environment. Appropriate journey in Food Service. Inherent requirement of the job: Ability and willingness to work shifts which include weekends, public vacation trips and night time duty. Incumbent ought to be bodily in shape to elevate heavy objects and be on their toes the whole day. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Knowledge of hygiene, Occupational Health, HACCP and protection principles.
DUTIES : General family duties which consist of serving of patient’s ingredients and
beverages, cleansing of the ward kitchens, accountable for the crockery and cutlery of the ward kitchen. Willingness to assist in different work areas. Assist in the receipt and storage of all provisions and stock. Weigh, dish and distribute food to more than a few wards. Clean all areas, utensils and gear in the Food Service Department. Adhere to Health and Safety prescripts, elementary control measures and widespread operational procedures. Financial management and human useful resource help to supervisor.
