REQUIREMENTS : Minimum academic qualification: Basic reading, writing and numerical skills. Experience: Appropriate trip in a large-scale sanatorium Food Service environment. Inherent requirement of the job: Incumbent have to be organized to work shifts and extra time which encompass weekends and public holidays. Incumbent need to be bodily robust to carry heavy objects and be on their ft the whole day. Must be inclined to enter health facility wards. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Knowledge of manufacturing for regular and therapeutic diets. Ability to put together meals in accordance to standardised recipes. Knowledge of hygiene, occupational health, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and protection principles. Knowledge of primary cleansing and maintenance
of equipment. Ability to characteristic in a team and to work beneath pressure. Good communication capabilities and preserve true interpersonal skills.
DUTIES : Prepare and dish all everyday and therapeutic diets. Weigh, dish and distribute meals to a number wards. Assist in the receipt and storage of all provisions and inventory in the meals carrier unit. Clean all areas, utensils and tools in the Food Service Department. Follow and adhere to Health and Safety prescripts. Follow standardized recipes and menus for the duration of production. Follow and adhere to fundamental manage measures and preferred operational procedures.
