REQUIREMENTS : A diagnosed Bachelor’s Degree/ National Diploma. (NQF 6 level). DUTIES : The profitable candidate will be required to operate the following core functions: Facilitate lookup and the evaluation on pay and carrier advantages for individuals of the SANDF. Facilitate lookup and evaluation on insurance policies concerning Conditions of Service. Identify and draft applicable measures and requirements to make sure the implementation of tips concerning insurance policies on prerequisites of service. Compile obligatory and required DFSC reports. Facilitate strategic alliance and relationships to help the execution of the mandate of the DFSC. Ensure the identification of precedence areas in relation to Pay and Service Benefits and Policy Review. Report and replace on the pointers tabled to the MOD&MV. Compile and publish timeously Annual Activity Report and Quarterly Performance in opposition to Plan. Facilitate the booklet of findings and advice in the Government Gazette. Ensure environment friendly and nice administration of sources inside the operational support.
