REQUIREMENTS : Applicants ought to be in possession of a Grade 12 Certificate and National Diploma in Public Administration / Public Management / Business Administration / Business Management. Minimum of 1 year ride in administration environment. Job associated knowledge: Public Service Regulation, Financial procedures, Treasury Regulations, Basic Accounting System (BAS) and Logistical Information System (LOGIS). DUTIES : Render economic administration services. Facilitate, plan, oversee, power the well timed and correct instruction of the annual finances in line with Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury Regulations Strategic priorities weekly / month-to-month / quarterly. Compile Demand Management Plan (DMP), Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF), Adjustment Estimates (AE) and Estimated National Expenditure (ENE). Oversee effective, environment friendly and reasonably priced utilisation of funds. Document and speak approaches for gaining access to and moving of funds. Coordinate budgeting, audit and economic functions. Administer Subsistence and Travel claims and different associated expenditure. Administer the procurement of items and services. Compile and keep the Demand Management Plan. Facilitate grant chain administration services. Facilitate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on provide chain administration associated matters. Control over safekeeping, utilisation and renovation of all assets. Ensure suitable administration of sourcing and contrast of quotations. Capture items and offerings on the machine (LOGIS, etc). Handle queries from inner and exterior customers bearing on to provide chain matters. Render conventional workplace help services. Supervise, encourage and strengthen body of workers via person overall performance agreements. Provide assistance in the improvement and / or evaluation of the operational plan. Compile a variety of submissions / memoranda and responses. Attend to queries from Internal Audit. Administer go away types / attend to queries. Make journey / convention bookings and confirmations. Provide secretariat services. Provide documents keeping. Checking draft minutes for accuracy in opposition to recording or notes. Administer assets. Maintain asset register. Liaise with asset unit in the course of asset verification. Manage outgoing and on-going assets. Allocate tools to officials.
