Qualifications • Grade 12 or equivalent
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Knowledge and skills:

Experience:
• Previous retail trip would be advantageous
Key Responsibilities 1. Provide outstanding consumer carrier to supply patron a wonderful purchasing experience
– Assist buyers to discover the items and merchandise that they are searching for
– Attend to patron queries / complaints
2. Cashier duties
– Process money and card payments
– Process Lay Bys
– Process patron refunds
– Reporting discrepancies and troubles to the supervisor
– Till balancing
3. Merchandising
– Ensure that inventory is efficiently priced and displayed
– Ensure product availability of the income floor
– Housekeeping
– Keeping up to date with promotions
4. Risk
– Ensure that merchandise are tagged in line with the agency policy
– Participating in inventory takes
– Be on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent things to do and file any suspicious behaviour to Management
