REQUIREMENTS : National Diploma on NQF stage 6 or Bachelor Degree in Office Administration/Public Administration or equal applicable qualification. A minimal of 3-5 years’ ride in Office Management, Administration and Coordination or any secretarial associated work. Knowledge of Public Service prescripts, insurance policies and procedures, PFMA and different Financial Management
and related prescripts. Understanding of Inter-governmental relations. Knowledge of strategic coordination/planning and assignment management. Experience in planning, reporting and overall performance administration is additionally required. Skills required: Sound organizing and planning, Facilitation, Analytical thinking, interpersonal, record writing and Excellent conversation abilities (written and verbal). Ability to work personally and in a group and work successfully with stakeholders at a number levels. Proactive method to meeting deadlines and turning in effects with confined supervision. Advanced degree of laptop literacy (Ms package). Ability to remain centered and work beneath excessive pressure.
DUTIES : Provide guide to the Office of the Deputy Director-General via the following key overall performance activities: Provide administration and co-ordination assist offerings to the Office of the DDG for the fantastic and environment friendly administration of the Branch. Render procurement and budgeting offerings and coordinate monetary administration features (this consists of coordinating the
compilation and monitoring of the Branch’s procurement plans, budgets and expenditure reports). Render secretariat features for applicable Branch-related conferences and liaise with applicable stakeholders. Identify and direct necessary and key requests, each from interior and exterior stakeholders to applicable officers for attention. Keep song of the Branch’s responses to compliance with
enquiries, questions, requests and dates (e.g. from Cabinet, Portfolio Committees, public and others). Provide report administration services, as nicely as factor of interplay with the DG’s office.
