Duties & Responsibilities
The Retail Operations Manager (ROM) is to blame to attain the budgeted retail income targets, maximize keep profitability, put in force keep growth, encourage Retailer participation in things to do of the Lowveld Guild, put into effect Build it operational pleasant practices and make sure that Build it shops are operated expertly inside the Build it mannequin and specification.
Key Performance Areas:
Establishing and retaining a sound commercial enterprise relationship with Build it Retailers.
Consulting and offering management to help the Retailers.
Ensure that requirements are stored in accordance to Build it rules and that the shops picture is up to standard.
Assist Retailers to enhance retail growth, profitability, and money flow.
Drive Dropshipment and Build it Warehouse sales.
Liaising with stakeholders and aid with keep openings and re-launches.
Compiling commercial enterprise plans, money glide forecasts and feasibilities.
Analysing and accurately deciphering of save overall performance information to seek advice from Retailers on enhancing negative performing areas and possibilities in their stores.
Perform keep audits thru structured shop visits and help in patron care projects.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Tertiary Qualification ideally in Business or Financial Management.
Minimum 5 years Retail / Home enchancment ride in a administration position.
Ability to encourage and join with entrepreneurs.
Ability to propose Retailers on enterprise profitability and growth.
Microsoft Office Skills – Advanced Excel capabilities & Intermediate Power Point skills.
Sound interpersonal, conversation and negotiating skills.
Financial acumen, management abilities and interest to detail.
Strong drive, initiative, feel of urgency and use of innovation to unravel commercial enterprise challenges in a pressurized/demanding work environment.
Sound know-how of hardware, constructing merchandise and small commercial enterprise operations.
Ensure that Retailers comply with Occupational Health and Safety and Labour Laws.
Valid driver’s license, South African passport, and willingness to tour substantially and in a single day from time to time.
