DUTIES : Ensure that right economic specimen templates are used for the preparations of monthly/quarterly and annual economic statements as posted with the aid of the Office of the Accountant General. Obtain finances tables from Financial Budgeting and Planning to make certain that the Appropriation Statement is efficaciously updated.
