REQUIREMENTS : Master’s Degree in Nursing. Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equal qualification that approves registration with the South African Nursing Council. DUTIES : Facilitate Nursing Education and Training of Student Nurses in the catchment region to acquire departmental dreams and objectives. Manage schooling and education of nurses furnished by way of campuses and usual administration of the College consisting of three campuses and sub-campuses. Facilitation of Human Resources Development. Manage aid offerings such as Human Resources, Library, Student affairs, fabric and bodily assets at the Nursing College. Manage Finances of the College. Enhance company image of FSSON and the Department. To provide course and co-ordinate nursing schooling inside the department.
